On October 20, 2025, Winley was honored to represent Hong Kong’s technology and innovation sector by delivering a featured technical presentation at the 2nd Greater Bay Area Municipal Engineering Technology Exchange Conference. We joined leading experts and industry peers to discuss the future of urban road construction and smart infrastructure.
During the conference, we showcased our independently developed iPAS (Intelligent Pavement Assessment System). As a practical application of “new quality productive forces”, iPAS has collaborated with the Hong Kong Highways Department, contributing to Hong Kong road maintenance.
Looking ahead, Winley remains committed to continuous technological innovation—driving smart city development across the Greater Bay Area and beyond, and promoting comprehensive, data-driven, and objective “Chinese standards” on the global stage.
