On 21 November 2025, the Hong Kong ICT Awards (HKICTA) Presentation Ceremony and Gala Dinner took place in full splendour.
As the proud winner of the Smart Transport Gold Award and the Ceremony’s Titanium Sponsor, Winley Technology was prominently featured throughout the evening.
As co-awardees, Mr. Banting Sze, Chairman of Winley Technology, and Mr. Tony Yau, Director of the HKSAR Highways Department, received warm congratulations from leaders across government and industry. We were especially honoured by the personal congratulations from Financial Secretary Mr. Paul Chan, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry Prof. Dong Sun, and Permanent Secretary Mr. Kevin Choi, who recognised our Intelligent Pavement Assessment System (iPAS) for its technological leadership and the tangible benefits it brings to Hong Kong.
