On January 8, 2026, former HKSAR Chief Executive Mrs. Carrie Lam led a delegation to Winley’s Hong Kong headquarters, and was cordially welcomed by our Chairman Mr. Banting Sze.
Accompanying guests included Mr. Shuiqiu Ye (Deputy Director, Science and Technology Education Department, Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR), Mr. Lo Kin-ching (Chairman, Hong Kong Design Centre), Mr. Jiamin Zhang (President of Fung Business Intelligence Centre, Fung Group), Mr. Hsuhoi Shan (President of Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Centre).
Mrs. Lam congratulated the team on winning Gold Award for the Hong Kong ICT Smart Transport Award. She looks forward to iPAS’ ability to make a global impact in infrastructure maintenance and management.
