[September 23, 2025] Mr. Chan Wai Tak, Regional Highway Engineer (New Territories) of the Highways Department, along with senior engineers from the New Territories and Kowloon Districts visited Winley Technology Limited and its sister company Freetech Road Recycling Technology. Our guests received an in-depth introduction to the Intelligent Pavement Assessment System (iPAS), also known as RCAS, and witnessed a live demonstration of our Pavement 3D Scanning Vehicle (P3SV).
During the meeting, Mr. Banting Sze and Mr. Chan exchanged insights on the progress and expanding applications of iPAS (RCAS), exploring how its advanced technologies can bring long-lasting benefits to society and enhance Hong Kong’s road infrastructure.
Looking ahead, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Highways Department to further integrate intelligent technologies into Hong Kong’s road maintenance — making travel safer, smoother, and smarter for all.
